Some of the major accomplishments include:
- Allowed engineers access to drawings to make changes in the field or at customers sites by utilizing Terminal Services for remote access.
- Extended the life of aging PCs an additional 4-5 years by implementing Terminal Services. This also allowed engineers access to drawings to make changes in the field or at customers sites using remote desktop.
- Centralized all data to a single server and enforced Active directory file storage policies ensuring all user and company data was stored on the server. This allowed a single backup method, guaranteeing no data would be lost.
- Managed technology build out for their new addition, making sure that network connectivity would be sufficient for many years to come.
