Dan and Kay Shimek are true entrepreneurs. From beautiful restaurants to amazing outdoor spaces, they specialize in the finer things in life. Along with Enjoy Restaurant, they own Outdoor Great Rooms and Paradise Landing, a restaurant on beautiful Balsam Lake, WI. And their entrepreneurial spirit runs in the family; their daughter is the owner of Blue Ox, a marketing firm. By creating a solution that allowed all of their data and applications to be stored in one location, they were able to keep their start up costs for the businesses low and continue to operate within a budgeted solution. - Tied all of owners' companies together to allow centralized management including two restaurants, manufacturing based out of china, winery, marina, and a marketing company - giving them access to data via a single login from anywhere in the world.
- Ensured that their technology allowed them to grow where necessary, starting from a few hundred square feet of leased executive space to a 20,000 sq. ft. facility which allowed them to benefit from central management.
- Providing fully managed IT infrastructure for all within a budgeted cost of less than one third the cost of an engineer.
