I started Synergy on the premise that technology services could be (and quite honestly needed to be) provided more efficently and with a true service attitude.
Our first stab at solving this was providing a help desk that truly could help - imagine that! And it was through the voice of the end users that the magical "aha" moment happened. You see, many of the problems that they were having with the technology the were using was due to poor technology decisions that were made long before they sat down at their computer.
Who was responsible for these decisions? Usually the owner's nephew who was handy with computers or the cheapest IT firm in town that dazzled them with big techie words and the lowest prices. When a business relies on technology to operate and grow, this is no way to manage it. This is why I decided to flip the process and start working from the top down.
What does that mean? It means that the first thing we do it talk to the business owner and truly understand the business before technology is even discussed. With a background in manufacturing, I run on the premise that companies need to run as efficiently as possible with minimal waste of resources and time. With that in mind, the business owner and Synergy work together to develop the best solution for his or her company today and well into the future. There are several processes and procedures that we have developed that truly set us apart from any other technology firm in the nation.
I've tried countless times to list our services. It just doesn't work that way for us. Every client is so unique and customized that that means we can't limit ourselves.
