Ron Noden
Ron's first love is selling and developing great sales organizations. He has worked with over 250 companies and trained, coached, and/or mentored over 14,000 sales professionals. He has an uncanny ability to understand their product, market and situation clearly enough to provide companies with the ammunition and sales focus to win. He has over two decades of experience in helping organizations improve the revenue-gathering process by excelling the sales process, developing team skills, identifying decision makers and decision making criteria, hiring and mentoring great sales personnel, and developing a culture of accountability and transparency within the team.

Linda Taddonio
With 25 years of experience in industries focusing on manufacturing and distribution, Linda has a unique understanding of ecommerce initiatives, business process, and ERP knowledge, as well as an extensive financial background. Prior to co-founding Insite Software in 2004 with Brian Strojny and Tom Frishberg, Linda started her career in public accounting then served as the controller for a manufacturing company in Eagan, Minnesota, helping the organization to successfully implement an ERP application. Not long after, she became an independent consultant focusing on ERP software selection, implementation, and training. For 10 years Linda worked closely with various manufacturing ERP systems and then co-founded a professional services company with Brian Strojny in 1999, spinning off Insite Software in 2004. In addition to her work with Insite customers, Linda oversees the financial management of Insite Software. She is a CPA, has a B.A. in Music and a M.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa.

Benjamin Moyer
Ben has 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology industries and brings a unique understanding of business process and planning, and technology integration, as well as an extensive background in operations and sales. Prior to founding Synergy Services in late 1999, Ben started his career in manufacturing, serving as a technology manager for Cardinal IG, a manufacturing company with 27 locations nationwide. During his tenure at Cardinal, he successfully improved organizational processes and implemented a variety of technologies to increase efficiencies and profitability. For the past decade, Ben has helped hundreds of companies throughout the Twin Cities leverage technology to manage, grow and prosper in all areas in business. In addition to his work with his customers, Ben is responsible for financial, operational and sales management of Synergy Services. His company provides solutions for small to medium size businesses that want to align their business vision with technology. |
