Synergy Remote Control
Note: You no longer need to select a Name. Steps: 1. Service Rep requests you allow them to connect remotely 2. A window pops up and asks you if you would like to run or save 3. Click Run 4. A second window pops up and warns about security  5. Click Run 6. A new Window will ask for some information  7. Please enter your Name,and Company in the Quick Message. Click on Ask for Help 8. A new window pops up and we can now see your screen!  9. Close the window when we are done or you want to disconnect us Note: Please use this tool only when directed by a Synergy Representive. |
