Synergy Remote Control
Steps: 1. Service Rep requests you to select their name and click connect 2. A window pops up and asks you if you would like to run or save  3. Click Run 4. A second window pops up and warns about security  5. Click Run 6. A third window pops up and we can now see your screen!  7. Close the window when we are done or you want to disconnect us Note: Please use this tool only when directed by a Synergy Representive. |
